No access to game

My son and I are new players of this game. We operate off of separate accounts under the pseudonyms Felden and Rigel Falconeye. It appears as though the game is not recognizing the Java script on out Mac and thus not providing us with a certificate to enable play. Could you please examine this issue and recommend acourse of action other than deleting Java and reinstallation.
