I have been thinking about asking this question for a while.
I am wondering who decides upon the development of new scenario maps?
I suppose that I am not the only player that would enjoy a map that is dedicated upon the Balkans during the period before the 1st world war. The political and military situation during that period of time over this piece of land is extremely interesting from historical perspective.
Please share with me your opinion about this. I am wondering if there are other players interested in for example playing a scenario based on the first or the second Balkan wars (1912-1913).
