Posts going missing

I'd like to know why my threads are being removed.

I've had two removed now and neither have broken any rules.

It is also policy for a PM to be sent saying why, again neither time have I received this email, perhaps those in charge should practice what they preach, or if they are unable to follow the rules then they should step down from their position.
