I have reasons to believe that the player who just joined as Egypt is the same person who previously played as Finland (before his country was conquered) and also tried to join as North Canada and got banned (he did succeed at looting all of its resources before he was banned though).
You should be able to check by his IP.
He's telling me that since he deleted his old account, it let him join again without problems. Is this really tolerated?
His first order of business after joining as Egypt was to, once again, loot all of its resources and ship them to Lithuania, his former ally (that same country he shipped resources to when he tried joining as north canada). He also ordered all of Egypt's army to evacuate the country and go somewhere, i don't know where, leaving it open for taking by Greece (his other former ally).
I know it's too late now to reverse those trades and troop orders, but I'm still reporting it out of fear that he'll unleash the mountains of free goldmark he probably got upon the creation of new account.
