iPad version of supremacy

I checked around for threads like this but their either in a foreign language or closed. I remember when they wanted bata testers for iPhone version of the game. then they didn't say a thing about it. What happen? Did they give up on it.

Also what is keeping them from converting the game to iPhone/iPad version. is it hardware, lack of materials, or they don't want to do it. They hardly say anything or state why they do not want to or can't convert supremacy.
