Dump the in-game chat.

I never use it. It's a global chat, so what purpose does it even have? It's a waste of bandwidth, people who would usually check their armies then log off now just stick around because they're bored and spam the chat with what their favorite pokemon is. . 99% of people talk off topic, anyway. They can do that on facebook. There was nothing wrong with the chat on the bottom of the forums.
