Army Stuck

I know similar posts are already on the forum, but they don't seem to help.

My army left my city last night, and it was supposed to take 3 hours. I woke up to find my army 23m 17s away from the city. They are not attacking, i already checked the unit description.

I also tried to move them away from the city, and I see the dotted line, but the time doesn't count down. My army is a little over 6x as large as his garrison, but it doesn't matter if they cant reach the city.

Any ideas?

I cleared my cache and the army jumped forward. Not sure why that fixed it, but it did.
