Damages not posted in Daily European

I spied the province last night and had a lv 4 fort. I start bombarding with a battleship and after few hours I can see the troops inside the city which means that fort is lower than lv 1.5. DE though still mentions no damage on the fort at all and only mentions a damaged workshop.
